Wholesale Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement products.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. There is a 20% restocking charge for all returned products over thirty (30) days


Delta 8 Shipping Restrictions

We will not ship D8 products to the following states: AK, AZ, AR, CO, DE, KY, ID, IA, MS, MT, RI, UT, VT

All Delta 8 products are FINAL sale. 



Customer must notify the company of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within two (2) days of receipt of shipment. Goods damaged are subject to review by the company. Customer must comply with the review by furnishing images, documentation, and additional requests at the discretion of the company. Qualifying orders, the company will either refund the customer or send a replacement product at no extra charge.



To return an item, please email customer service at ws@cleanremedies.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, package the items and include proof of purchase (invoice), and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least one (1) to two (2) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
